At SnoreLax, we love our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don’t like. We understand the challenges of shopping online and are committed to providing exceptional service to keep you satisfied.

Return Policy

Under our 60-day money-back guarantee, customers are entitled to a refund within 60 days if the product arrives damaged. Proof of damage must be provided via video or image. Once verified, we will promptly issue a replacement.

SnoreLax will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 60 days under the following conditions:

No visible signs of damage
All original packaging is intact

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 60 days.

Hygiene Restocking Fee

Please note that a $10 hygiene restocking fee per product will be applied for all returns.

Lifetime Warranty

Each SnoreLax Anti-Snoring Mouthguard comes with an optional lifetime warranty. If you experience any issues with your mouthpiece, contact our customer support team. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Lifetime Warranty purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
No refunds are provided for warranty purchases or any other add-on products or services.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Our warehouse is based in Dallas, Texas, and all returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our team.

For items valued over $25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including the recipient name and delivery address, are entered correctly at checkout.

SnoreLax is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded due to address errors.

If a package is returned to sender or fails delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for any reshipping fees. We strongly recommend reviewing and confirming your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Due to hygiene standards, used devices are not eligible for return. If SnoreLax isn’t right for you, our team will work with you to find the best solution.

Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to process once approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged Items

For damaged or defective items, please email support@getsnorelax.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims will be reviewed based on tracking information and supporting evidence.
