Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Domestic (USA): 2–6 business days via DHL or USPS
International: Shipping times may vary based on location.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, inclement weather, or customs clearance for international orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including the recipient name and delivery address, are entered correctly at checkout.

SnoreLax is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rerouted due to address errors.

If a shipment is returned to sender or fails delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for any additional reshipping fees. We strongly recommend reviewing and confirming your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

SnoreLax is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and import taxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

SnoreLax is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Our support team will follow up as soon as possible.
